Bourbon Steak provided an unforgettable evening. We sat outside on the terrace and were treated to an impromptu dinner show with a corporate event and live music happening below—perfect for people-watching. The new-school cocktails, especially the Manhattan and Daiquiri, were fantastic. Service was attentive, and the special steak trio for two was the highlight: Snake River New York, hay-smoked heart of ribeye, and the indulgent A5 Wagyu, all expertly prepared and seasoned. We were too full for dessert, but everything else was top-notch.

Amazing dining experience from start to finish. Amuse Bouche, duck fat fry trio, gulf shrimp appetizer, Thai snapper dish with all the accompaniments. Helen Turley White Coat Rhône blend for the food pairing! Service over the top, extremely professional and knowledgeable!
I used to work in a kitchen of a steakhouse at another fancy hotel down the street and I can confidently say we never held a candle to Bourbon. The service, cocktails, food and views were all phenomenal. Me and my buddy are riff raff but they still treated us very respectfully which was pleasant. Reega, Jessie and Richard were all extremely talented at providing top notch service! Can’t wait to go again! Definitely one of the best steakhouses/restaurants in Orange County without question.
Absolutely fantastic dinner every time we come! Lyle, one of the restaurant managers, is outstanding! We'll continue to come here for our special occasion dinners.
This is my third Bourbon location experience after DC and Miami. I think this was the best one by far. What makes it particularly good, surprisingly, were the desserts! They were exceptional!! Tip: try to get there as the sun is going down, or else you get direct sunlight in the dining room and it can get both bright and hot.
Absolutely fantastic experience! Everything is delicious and the staff is very friendly and efficient! Chef Peter created some amazing dishes! The front end staff remembered me from visits over four years ago!

A special evening for dinner at a lovely hotel, in a stunning restaurant! A modern steakhouse, with options. Delicious amuse-bouche’ were delivered and enjoyed! My husband had a petite filet, and I enjoyed Chilean Sea Bass in a miso broth. A wonderful Birthday celebration (I turn 59)????
This place is amazing! Great service, delicious food, and wonderful wine list. They were great at modifying things to be gluten free and made sure I had an awesome evening. It may be in a resort, but this is a place to go any time you want a great steak paired with excellent service. Not cheap... but worth it.
